Microgreens / Herbs Ordering and Pickup Process:
- Currently, we are serving residential customers in Troy, MI and surrounding areas
- Commercial and Business customers – please contact us via Contact Us page and we will get in touch with you for further discussions
- There are two options for ordering – One time Buy option or Subscription Based option
- In the Subscription Based option, there are two choices – Weekly or Bi-Weekly. After you subscribe to either choice and enter your payment info, your choice and your product / qty. will continue to be available for pickup with no other effort on your part.
- For changes to your subscription (skipping, frequency, product variety or qty.), please let us know the needed changes via the Contact Us page with your Subscription order Number and Full Name, Address, Email, all of which should match what you used during the Subscription signup process, and we will make the necessary changes and send confirmation, usually within 48 hrs. of request
- For cancelling your subscription, please log in and go to My Account page / Subscriptions and follow the on-screen prompts
- For updating credit card information, please log in and go to My Account page/Payment methods and follow the on-screen prompts
- Currently we have several convenient ordering sizes as follows – 1oz., 2 oz., 3 oz., and 5 oz. For larger sizes, please let us know via Contact Us page and if we can fit that in our grow schedule, we will gladly accommodate you
- To give an idea for first time customers, below is a reference for size and usage
- Also, for larger orders like for parties or other special events, please let us know well in advance so that we can plan for that in our schedule and make sure you have the product you need for your event
- Currently we only offer pickup option for our microgreens. Shipping and delivery options may be considered for future. Please refer further below for our current pickup location

Subscription Customers:
- Choose Subscription option and the choice of subscription
- Choose the microgreens / herbs varieties
- Choose Size and Qty.
- Sign up now for recurring subscription
- View Cart
- Verify the information and Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your identification and payment information
- Confirm order by clicking Sign up now
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered once payment is successfully processed, giving your pickup code
- Pickup code is your order numberTypically, your 1st subscription will be ready in about 3 weeks (some herbs make take few days longer for harvesting) after order receipt and then your subscription schedule (either Weekly or Bi-weekly) will start
- Normal pickup day is the closest Saturday after (or sometime before) the 3-week time frame. If this does not fit your schedule for a certain week, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate an alternate pickup day
- Another confirmation email will be sent the day before pickup with pickup code, pickup date, 3-hr pickup time window and pickup location of your freshest grown-to-order microgreens / herbs
- On the pickup day, please be sure to pick up your order of the freshest microgreens / herbs at the pickup location by confirming your order number, signing the receipt log and locating your pickup code on the tamper-resistant bag / container and following the pickup location schedules within your pickup time window. For no-shows, with no prior alternate arrangements, your current microgreen subscription order instance will still be charged to your payment method and no refunds will be given

Currently we only offer pickup option for our microgreens. Shipping and delivery options may be considered for future. The below is our current pickup location:

If there is a pickup location that you are interested in, please let us know their exact location and information via the Contact Us page. If there is enough customer interest in that location, we will contact them on your behalf and if that pickup location is also interested in this and we can work out the commercial details with them, that location will be considered for adding to our pickup location list. The Chef’s Greens reserves the right to decide whether or not to add / delete any particular pickup location, so no guarantees please.
