Return, Refund and Subscription Policy

Return Policy:

Microgreens are delicate items and like any other vegetable greens are perishable in nature. Due to this perishable nature, Returns of our microgreens are not accepted. But if you are not satisfied due to any product defect from our side, we want to rectify it fairly for both of us. Please refer below for our Refund Policy.

Refund / Exchange Policy:

Our microgreens and herbs are grown, harvested, packed and provided for pickup following utmost safety and quality protocols. Since we are a grow-to-order farm and harvest just hours before pickup, your order is harvest fresh, if picked up in the timeslot provided. Damaged or defective products are not sent for pickup. But if you find any defect after you pick up your items, that was due to any doing from our side, please follow the below process for requesting a refund:

  • Any Refund request must be submitted in writing as below within 48 hrs. of pickup. After this time window, we reserve the right to not honor your refund request
  • Send us a detailed description of the defect along with your request for partial or full refund (or an equivalent exchange for the same size) and a photographic proof of the defect to our email address listed below in the Contact Us section. Please make sure the photos are clear and you send them via email
  • Without defect description, requested refund amount and clear photographic proof, we will not honor or respond to your refund request
  • We will review and, if needed, ask for more clarifications. Please respond timely for our queries, if any
  • After our review, once we determine it is a partial or full defect on our side, we will approve either a partial or full refund depending on the defect.
  • We will communicate our refund determination back to you via email and then refund the communicated amount back to your credit card. It may take several days for the refund to appear on your account based on your bank / credit card company processes and policy
    • If you had requested an equivalent exchange of microgreens / herbs of the same size, we will gladly comply and will communicate separately with you on that
  • After our review, if we determine the defect was not from our side, we will communicate our findings and decision to not approve your refund
  • Our decision regarding your refund request is final and under no circumstance will the refund amount exceed your original purchase amount. You can dispose of your microgreens after this
  • We will normally respond to your refund requests within two (2) business days of request unless we are on vacation schedule. We also request you to respond to any of our related queries within two (2) business days

For subscription order refunds, refund of a particular instance of the subscription will only be for that particular instance and the subscription order schedule will still continue unless you specifically cancel the subscription.

Subscription Pricing Policy:

Once a subscription has started based on your request or choosing, it will continue, until cancelled by you or by us, per your chosen subscription schedule and your payment method will be charged accordingly on a recurring basis. At your written request, we can also end date a subscription schedule.

Our Subscription prices are usually valid for one (1) calendar year (any sales prices are excluded) and we review and may update prices for the next calendar year. For continuing your subscription service, you agree to these update prices by cancelling and starting a new subscription schedule or by providing us written consent to update your current subscription prices.

While we strive to maintain subscription prices steady for a calendar year, we reserve the right to update prices at any time, based on market conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, to continue with your subscription service, we will notify you of updated prices and may either update your current subscription prices or request you to cancel and start a new subscription to reflect the updated prices.

After the subscription has expired or been cancelled, you can re-subscribe the same subscription from the My Account page or start a new subscription. If re-subscribing and the product prices have since changed, we reserve the right to update to the current pricing after you have re-subscribed, even in the middle of the subscription instance or even if we have already requested or received payment.
